  Das Gelände ist sehr gut gepflegt, strahlt Ruhe und Gediegenheit aus. Eine tolle Anlage. Das Restaurant ist getrennt von der Unterkunft.

  Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und der Service war dem Preis nicht angemessen. Das Mobiliar war stillos und veraltet. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind für 4Personen nicht geeignet. 1 normales Bett, 1Bett 140cm. Die Variante ist die Notschlafsituation mit Ausziehcouch. Es sind somit keine zwei funktionierenden Schlafzimmer mit ordentlichen und entsprechend großen Matratzen vorhanden. Es hat den Charme einer sehr einfachen Privatunterkunft. Am Pool wird vom Betreiber verlangt, dass man Badekappe trägt. Diese wird beim Einchecken ausgehändigt und uns gesprochen auf die Rechnung aufgeschlagen. Für 1600€ pro Woche gibt es keinerlei Reinigungsservice. 1x wurde ein Sack Handtücher in den Hausflur gelegt. Die alten Handtücher blieben liegen. Nach Toilettenpapier müsste man fragen. Es gab spezielle Kosmetikartikel, welche sehr angenehm waren. Das Restaurant bot ein Frühstück an, welches drei Sterne nicht überschreitet. Viele selbstverständliche Komponenten mussten dazu gekauft werden. On the top wurde durch die Gaststätte auf dem Gelände, ohne Ankündigung durch die Betreiber, eine Open Air Geburtstagsparty mit Jugendlichen veranstaltet, Der DJ beschallte bis nach Mitternacht das ganze Areal, so dass weder schlafen noch das ungestörte Benutzen des Außenbereiches mehr möglich war. Insgesamt ist diese Anlage für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen und sollte nicht überbewertet werden.

  Dear guests, we are sorry that you had such a bad experience at our facility and we certainly want to respond to your review. At the time of booking, you will find a summary of the services included in the price in the offer. The website also indicates everything that is or is not included in the accommodations and the respective costs. The type of accommodation that YOU have chosen does not include daily cleaning and therefore not even garbage collection. When booking, it is the customer's duty to find out about the conditions, services offered, regulations and possibly confirm or not their holiday in the facility. The pool regulations are also published online and are indicated, among other things, the mandatory use of a cap inside the pool (a hygiene rule not internal to our facility but to the Tuscany Region). At reception, this is only reminded of guests, who should have informed themselves independently and in advance. Therefore, it is an additional service that we offer to have caps on sale for those who have not brought them. Upon arrival, each apartment is equipped with a dishwashing kit, garbage bags, toilet paper and courtesy products, which the guest must then purchase and restock on their own. If you had wanted daily cleaning, more frequent towel changes or garbage collection, you could have requested it at reception where you would have been informed of any additional costs for the service (not included in the price). As for the beds, in your apartment there is a double bedroom (king size bed), a single bedroom (not the classic single bed but a queen size) and a double sofa bed in the living room. Having spoken to us before your arrival, you were asked if you prefer to use the sofa bed or just the beds in the bedrooms and you chose not to use it because you would have slept divided ''father with daughter and mother with son'' in the bedrooms. An obviously personal and absolutely free choice. Regarding the restaurant, it was a birthday party for one night only during your entire stay and the music ended at midnight sharp. This did not prevent you from using the area outside your accommodation. Finally we would like to add that you literally ran away without passing by the Reception to say hello and above all to make sure that everything is okay with the apartment and the bill. In fact you did not pay for the breakfast for 4 people made during your stay and you left the apartment in pitiful conditions.

  We hebben 9 dagen verbleven in deze accommodatie met een dochter van 14 jaar oud. Ruim appartement met ruime slaapkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en een zeer ruime comfortabele badkamer. Het zwembad is heerlijk en schoon, met comfortabele zonnebedden erbij onder een begroeide pergola voor schaduw. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Wasmachine aanwezig. We kregen dagelijks producten van de boerderij: eieren, abrikozen, perziken en courgettes. Gastheer- en vrouw zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ontzettend mooie omgeving, ook mooi uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers. Goede uitvalsbasis voor steden in de omgeving: Cinque terre (met de trein; aanrader!), Florance, Sienna, Lucca (zeer mooi!), Volterra....enz.

  Als je ergens naar toe wil moet je wel een stukje rijden door de heuvels (ook naar de supermarkt, ca. 10 minuten); daar moet je rekening mee houden, maar vonden wij geen probleem. Maar dat zorgt er wel voor dat je op een rustige plek zit. Geen airco aanwezig maar wel meerdere ventilatoren aanwezig en luiken voor de ramen.

  Dans une grande propriété, l'endroit est très calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Le restaurant est très bon, la piscine est super. On a adoré!

  Le matelas était un peu trop mou pour nous.

  Espace interieur très grand et joliment aménager

  A l'extérieur tout reste à faire. Pas de terrasse alors table en pente sur les caillous et les poussières Pas assez de relax pour la piscine / Chiens ont accès aux pelouses de la piscine Pas d'explication sur le restaurant sur place Attention air conditionné en sus semble t-il

  Magnifique lieu mais qui manque de finition et de chaleur à l'accueil. Environ une bonne dizaine de logements alors l'objectif est de remplir tout ceci coûte que coûte

  Des chambres spacieuses et confortables, équipées de ventilateurs et réfrigérateurs;

  Un lieu idéal pour visiter la Maremma et la Toscane littorale, à 15 mn de Grosseto. La piscine est très grande, bien installée au milieu des oliviers, à l'écart des chambres pour plus de calme.

  The on-site restaurant was excellent with friendly and helpful staff - we ate there every night. The olive grove outside our room was charming. People were friendly. The grounds were pretty and well-kept, and the location peaceful and rural. Good proximity to the coast and Maremma park.

  For travelers from the USA in August, the room we were in was far too hot. The upper level was unbearable, and we moved the mattress to the ground floor. Having neighbors who smoked on the patio 2 meters from our door, kept open to stay cool, was also unpleasant.

  Please have some non-smoking areas; also improve the night-time ventilation in the south-facing rooms.
